Box Score ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. - The 10th-ranked Catholic University baseball team lost its first Landmark Conference game of the season this morning, 10-0 to Elizabethtown, who also entered the game unbeaten in conference play. 
The Cardinals totaled eight hits, all singles, and were unable to push a run across for the first time this season. The Cardinals had scored 10 or more runs in seven of the team's last eight games before today. 
Derek Zelesnick led Catholic with two hits on Saturday morning while Joe Marini, Mitchel Johnson, Matthew Fisher, Sean O'Mara, Michael Miller and Mark Villanueva each added a single. Marini, Fisher and Dante Pozzi each drew a walk at the plate for Catholic. 
The Blue Jays tallied 18 hits with three extra-base hits to plate nine runs, including six (two earned) off of starter Tucker Alch. Alch pitched two innings, allowed seven hits, and struck out two before giving way to five different members of Catholic's bullpen. Lucky Perrotto pitched 2.0 innings of one-run ball. 
Nicholas Ortega was sharp for the Blue Jays, tossing 7.0 scoreless innings and striking out five. 
The Cardinals and the Blue Jays will play a doubleheader tomorrow afternoon, beginning at 12 p.m. in Elizabethtown.
