WASHINGTON, D.C. - Catholic Baseball head coach Ross Natoli has announced the date for a one-day Fall Prospect Camp that will take place on Sunday, November 1. The camp is designed for advanced high school student-athletes in the 2028-2031 graduating classes who are striving to reach their full potential and eventually compete at the college level. All players will have an opportunity to meet, learn and be evaluated by the current Catholic Baseball coaching staff.

The Fall Prospect Camp will provide an ideal forum for prospective student-athletes to display their baseball and athletic talents to the Catholic Baseball coaching staff.  The one-day format will also provide instruction to improve each player's fundamental skills and prepare players to the fullest for their future college baseball careers. The camp will emphasize pitching, individual defensive position play, hitting fundamentals, base running, strength and agility training, and live game competition. Varsity players from the 2026-27 season will also be on staff as assistant camp instructors and will interact with prospects and parents throughout the camp. 

Sessions covering the unique features of Catholic University and the Cardinal Baseball program, our academic requirements and expectations, the college recruiting and admissions process, balancing college academics and baseball and a Q&A session with current Catholic University players and coaches will be held. An optional campus tour for all attending players and parents will also be offered at the conclusion of Camp. 

Campers are required to bring their own equipment and water bottle and are encouraged to mark their personal equipment before arriving at camp. Metal cleats are NOT permitted on our multi-purpose turf fields, only rubber/plastic soled cleats or turf shoes are permitted. Campers should also have tennis shoes in case of rain that may move the camp inside the DuFour Center. Each camper is required to fill out the Camp Waiver and Medical Release form before any participation at the camp. A certified athletic trainer will be on site throughout the Camp to provide prompt and professional care to all campers, as needed.
