Elizabethtown, Pa. – The Catholic University of America women's tennis team was topped in road, Landmark Conference action as the Cardinals fell to Elizabethtown, 7-2.

Maria Flores to earn a doubles win for Catholic, taking No. 3 doubles, 8-5.
Rookie Erin Cole also took a win in straight sets in singles competition, winning 6-2, 6-4 at No. 6 against Etown's Laura Gribble.
Sophomore Jenna Gietl nearly pulled the come-from-behind victory at No. 2, winning 6-4 after falling 6-3 in the first set, but she was edged in the third, 6-4.
The Cardinals return home this Wednesday at 3 p.m., when they take on Goucher in league action.
