WASHINGTON – The Catholic University men's tennis team continues down the beaten path with the first conference loss of the season by dropping a 5-3 decision to the Eagles of Juniata.
Brian Bradley and Cassian Utrie tallied the only singles win in the afternoon match.
Bradley defeat No. 2 Elliot Perow 6-1, 6-1, as CUA's No. 3 Utrie conquered Bryan Gregory 6-3, 6-0.
No. 1 doubles duo Juan Lorido and Bradley recorded the only doubles win of the match with a 8-3 win over Juniata's Gregory and Justin Wisniewski.
For the first Landmark Conference road contest of the season, the Cardinals head to Susquehanna on Saturday, March 22 at 1:00 p.m.
