WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Catholic University men's swimming and diving team fell to Salisbury University, 158-103 on Saturday afternoon in the DuFour Center. The Cardinals celebrated their two senior members, Ellis Prescott and Troy Young.
Junior, Nathan Ober led the Cardinals taking first place in all three individual events of 200 IM (21.68), 200 Yard Breastroke (21.68), and 100 Yard Breastroke 21.68), combining for a total of 27 points.
Jack Hufner joined him in victory, taking both the 100 Back with a time of 55.13, and 200 Yard Backstroke, clocking in at 2:00.45.
Daniel Green and Liam Crecca also won both individual events as Green finished the 200 Free in 1:48.88 and Crecca took 6.5 points as he touched the wall at the exact same time as Michal DeSimone in the 50 Free with a time of 21.68.
Young dominated in the one-meter and three-meter dives for the Cardinals with scores of 202.10 and 177.30 to cap off his senior day.
The Cardinals return to action next weekend at Howard University.
