BRIGANTINE, N.J. - The Catholic University women's rowing team competed in the Stockton-Brigantine Boat Race on Sunday at the Brigantine Rowing Club.
Competing against Franklin & Marshall, Stockton, Bryn Mawr, Johnson & Wales and Army West Point, the Cardinals' varsity eight came in second in Race 2 with a time of 7:29.23. Bryn Mawr finished first as it crossed the line in 6:59.10.
Catholic's second varsity eight placed second in Race 1 with a time of 8:13.31 while Bryn Mawr finished first in 8:00.27.
Catholic returns to action on Saturday, April 9 at the Knecht Cup on the Cooper River in Cherry Hill, N.J.
