Erin Dietz joined the Catholic women's basketball program ahead of the 2024-25 season.
In Dietz's first season with the program, Catholic posted a 24-5 record, reaching the NCAA Tournament as an at-large team, and being selected as a host site for the opening weekend. Catholic reached as high as number 15 in the D3hoops rankings in 2024-25, winning 15 Landmark Conference games and reaching the Landmark Championship game. The 2024-25 Cardinals qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the seventh time in program history.
Dietz, a 2022 graduate of Bridgewater College, was a four-year player and team captain for the Eagles. She also served as a Student Assistant Coach with the men's basketball team while completing a minor in Coaching at Bridgewater. Dietz recently coached at John Jay High School serving as an assistant on the varsity staff while taking the reigns as the head coach for the junior varsity team.
