Casey Filiault started as Catholic University's Jamie L. Roberts Endowed Assistant Women's Basketball Coach on June 5, 2023. 

Filiault joins the Catholic staff after a two-year stint as the Graduate Assistant Coach at DeSales University in Lehigh County, Pa. During Filiault's two seasons with the Bulldogs, DeSales posted an overall record of 49-6, reaching the Second Round of the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Tournament in both seasons. During those two seasons, DeSales lost just one MAC Freedom game, compiling a record of 31-1 in conference play. In 2022-23, the Bulldogs ranked in the top 10 nationally in Assist/Turnover Ratio, Assists Per Game, Field Goal Percentage Defense, Scoring Defense, Scoring Margin, Steals Per Game, Turnover Margin, Turnovers Forced Per Game, and Winning Percentage. Filiault graduated with her M.Ed. in Higher Education with a track in Higher Education Administration. 

Prior to her stint in Pennsylvania, Filiault was a four-year member of the Kean University women's basketball team. Filiault graduated from Kean in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health Teacher Certification. Filiault scored over 350 points and grabbed more than 250 rebounds in her career while helping to lead Kean to more than 40 wins and a trip to the 2019 NJAC Championship.
