As a Freshman (2025-26): Appeared in 14 games...averaged 2.6 points per game...totaled 13 rebounds, five steals, four assists and a block...made his collegiate debut vs. Lynchburg on Nov. 7...scored eight points with three rebounds at Hood on Nov. 8...scored six points vs. Lycoming on Jan. 24...scored a career-high 10 points with a rebound against Moravian on Feb. 7.

Prior to Catholic: Played varsity basketball and soccer at Sherwood...All-state selection in both soccer and basketball...basketball state finalist.

Personal: Son of Rolando and Kristen Welch...has one sibling, Ariana...his father, Rolando, played basketball at McDaniel.
