2015: The team's starting nose tackle in his junior year ... posted 12 solo tackles with seven assisted stops ... four tackles for loss.

2014: Played in all 10 games seeing valuable time on the defensive line ... seventh on the team with 29 total tackles ... led the Cardinals with 7.5 tackles for loss for a total of 26 yards ... also led CUA with two sacks for 11 yards ... registered 21 solo stops.

2013: Played two games … made two solo tackles … made three assisted tackles … registered one tackle for a loss of one yard.

High School: Named WPIAL All-Conference as well as an all-area selection ... team MVP.

Personal: Son of John and Mary Kay Barton ... father played football at West Virginia ... majoring in architecture.
