As a Senior (2024): Appeared in eight games on the offensive line.

As a Junior (2023): Appeared in five games on special teams.

As a Sophomore (2022): Started all 11 games at guard. Helped protect the top passing offense in the conference. 

As a Freshman (2021): Played in nine of the team's 10 games. 

Before Catholic: Was named All-County Athlete in football basketball and basketball his senior year ... a four-year varsity athlete in football ... the first athlete in school history to earn 5 varsity letters in one year ... graduated with a 4.0 ... finished top ten in his class. 

Personal: Double majoring in finance and sport management...earning a minor in education...brother, Paul played basketball at the United States Coast Guard Academy...son of Lena and Troy Costain...father played College Football at Bethany College...mother also played college basketball...earned the rank of Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts.
