2019 (Junior): Started in 18 games as a junior ... posted a career high of seven goals and five assists ... All-Landmark Second Team ... Landmark Conference Honor Roll. 

2018 (Sophomore): Started all 17 games... lead the team in goals with 6... scored three game-winning goals... tallied one defensive save... All-Landmark First Team... Landmark Academic Honor Roll... Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week (10/29).

2017 (Freshman): Started 17 of the 18 games she appeared in as a freshman ... scored two goals and had two assists. 

High School: Three-year varsity letterwinner at O'Hara ... helped her team to Philadelphia Catholic League Championships in 2015 and 2016 ... the Lions finished her senior seasons with a 22-2 overall record ... earned All-Delco Honorable Mention honors as a sophomore.

Personal: Daughter of Kathleen and Thomas Shallow ... has three sisters, Kerri, Katie and Emma ... Kerri also plays field hockey at Catholic ... nursing major.
