Gracie Burford joins the Catholic Field Hockey staff in 2025 after an outstanding career as a player with the Cardinals from 2019-2023. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specializations in Marketing and Operations Management.
A former two-time team captain, Burford was a three-time all-conference player in the Landmark, earning first-team honors in 2022 and second-team honors in 2021 and 2023.
Burford appeared in 55 games, making 47 starts. The leader of the defense, Burford added four goals, four assists, and 14 defensive saves as a player.
As a student-athlete, Burford was Catholic's Jone Dowd Role Model Award winner and an NCAA Woman of the Year nominee.
The Columbus, Ohio native, currently works as a Marketing Coordinator with the Washington Capitals as she completes her third year with the organization.
