As a Junior (2021): Played in all 10 games. Made 35 tackles (3.5/game), including 11 solo stops. Made five tackles in the opener vs. McDaniel on 9/4. Had three straight games with four tackles (at RMC, vs. Endicott, and vs. CNU). Made a career-high seven stops vs. MIT on 10/2. Had five tackles and a TFL at WPI on 10/9.
As a Sophomore (2020): The 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a Freshman (2019): Wore number 93 - played in one game.
Before Catholic: Played football and wrestled at Malvern Prep ... named First Team All-Area Defense, All League Offense, and All League Defense in football ... recipient of the Valor Bowl Addy Kelly Award ... wrestling captain and named All League twice ... PA Prep States Runner Up in the 220 weight class ... member of his school's wrestling 100 win club ... graduated with academic honors.
Personal: Born Feb. 4, 2001 ... son of Harry and Terri Stinger ... has three sisters, Samantha, Stephanie and Sydney, and two brothers, Nick and Jake ... father played football at Fordham University and Widener University ... majoring in business management with a minor in sports management and sales ... chose Catholic because of the opportunity to receive a great education at a small university with a big city feel while being able to continue his football career ... a fun fact about him is that he completed and placed multiple times at the Youth Nationals Weightlifting Competition.
