Donohue Announces Date for 2026 Fall Elite Camp

| By:
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Catholic women's head coach Matt Donohue has announced the Cardinal Women's Basketball Fall Elite Camp will be held on Sunday, September 13.

The annual one-day intensive basketball camp invites prospective student athletes entering 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade in the fall of 2026. The camp will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Dufour Center on the campus of Catholic University.

Participants will experience a full day of collegiate-level practice and have the opportunity to play with top high-school athletes from around the country. The camp will also focus on position-specific drills, and the Catholic staff will evaluate your strengths and hone in on areas for improvement.

Donohue and his staff will be offering a "day in the life" experience to prospective athletes to see what it takes to play at the next level. The camp offers the chance to develop a high basketball IQ while learning the "X's and O's" of college basketball.

The cost for the camp is $105 and all participants can bring their own lunch or purchase lunch through the Camp Store. To register, visit the camp website. All campers are also required to fill out the waiver form.

Under Donohue's leadership, Catholic has won three Landmark Conference Tournament Championships and appeared in seven NCAA Tournaments. Donohue has won 339 games during his time at Catholic and the Cardinals have won 20 or more games eight times under his leadership.
