COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) announced its 2025 Division III Watchlist with three Catholic student-athletes earning a spot on the list of 175 athletes.
The list is intended to showcase those field hockey student-athletes with the
strongest potential for consideration to the current year's NFHCA All-Region and All-American teams. To be nominated for the 2025 NFHCA Watchlist, student-athletes must have been previously recognized for their outstanding field hockey abilities within the past two years (
NFHCA All-Region, NFHCA All-American, All-Conference, Senior Nexus Championship selection, NCAA All-Tournament Team, and/or U.S. National or International Team roster) and nominated by their NFHCA member coach.
Senior
Mary Rojack, junior
Lauren Keast, and sophomore
Ella Bowman were named to the 2025 preseason list ahead of this weekend's season-opener.
Rojack, a senior midfielder from Madison, N.J., is a three-time All-Landmark Conference selection, earning a spot on the first team in 2023 and the second team in 2022 and 2024. The 2022 Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year was also an NFHCA All-Region Second Team selection in 2023. Rojack has started 53 of 55 career games, adding six goals and five assists while taking on a heavy load on the defensive end as well.
Keast, a junior from Springfield, Va., is moving into a more attacking role in 2025. The 2024 All-Landmark First Team selection is a two-time Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week and has contributed nine goals and 11 assists in her first two seasons. Keast has started 32 of 35 games, putting forth a career-best six goals and seven assists in 2024.
Bowman, a sophomore goalie from Ashburn, Va., was a 2024 All-Landmark Conference Honorable Mention selection after taking over the top spot in goal during her freshman campaign. Bowman started 13 games, making 58 saves and recording three shutouts.
