Scoblick Scores Another Honor As WBCA All-American

ATLANTA, Ga. — Catholic junior Anna Scoblick continues to rack up the accolades for her career as she was named to the WBCA All-America Honorable Mention team, it was announced today. It is Scoblick's first time being honored by the WBCA after being named a D3hoops.com All-American last season. Scoblick was one of just 40 players in the country to earn WBCA All-America Honorable Mention honors.

Scoblick finished the season with the team lead in points per game, 14.1 while also averaging 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. She made the sixth-most free throws in a single-season in program history with 112. She also moved into a tie for 15th in career assists with 87 on the season to bring her career total to 201.

Scoblick was already selected to the D3hoops.com All-Region V First Team this year and adds the All-American selection to her accolades this season that includes being the second player in program history to be named Landmark Conference Defensive Player of the Year. She was also selected to the All-Landmark Conference First Team for the second consecutive season.

Scoblick is just the fourth player in program history to be named to the WBCA All-America team joining Amanda Johnson (HM, 2021), Michelle DeSantis (HM, 2017) and Jill Woerner (First Team, 2013). Scoblick also joins DeSantis and Woerner as the only three players in program history to be named an All-American by both the WBCA and D3hoops.com.
