TOWSON, Md. - Three members of the Catholic volleyball team earned Landmark All-Conference honors, it was announced today.
Erin Faughnan was named to the First Team, while
Julia Raab secured a spot on the Second Team and
Juliette Cummings earned an Honorable Mention.
Faughnan capped a standout 2025 campaign with her second All-Landmark selection and her first appearance on the First Team. She becomes the 11th Cardinal in program history to earn this honor. The senior from Chevy Chase, Md. appeared in all 29 matches this season and all 107 sets, finishing second on the squad in blocks with 52 and kills with 222. Faughnan was named Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 3 after her season-high .667 hitting percentage against Elizabethtown on Oct. 31 and adding 15 kills and 6 digs against Susquehanna on Nov. 1.Â
Faughnan has secured her spot in the record books where she ranks third in career hitting percentage at .292, fourth in career block assists at 193, and 10th in total blocks at 269. She also is fourth in total sets played at 457 and 10th in total matches played at 126.
Raab earned a spot on the All-Landmark Second Team, joining just 11 others who have earned this honor. Raab secured her first All-Landmark selection after leading the team in kills with 304, aces with 33 and posting the second-most digs with 261. Raab appeared in all 29 matches and 107 sets this season. She recorded a season-high 22 kills and 18 digs in Catholic's five-set Landmark Conference Tournament victory over Elizabethtown, propelling the Cardinals to the Semifinals.
Cummings earned an All-Landmark Honorable Mention in her debut season. The rookie from Brookhaven, Pa. appeared in 104 sets, playing in all 29 matches, leading the squad with 58 blocks and recording the fourth-most kills this season at 149.Â
