WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Catholic Cardinals are hosting NCAA Basketball in the DuFour Center! After earning the Landmark Conference's automatic bid with a victory over Susquehanna on Saturday afternoon, the Cardinals have been selected as an NCAA Division III Tournament host site. Catholic will welcome Worcester State, Rowan, and Carnegie Mellon to the nation's capital.
The Cardinals are set to play in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2016 and will host tournament hoops in D.C. for the first time since 2013.
Aaron Kelly's program reaches the NCAA Tournament for the 15th time in Divsion III program history and the 17th time ever. Winners of the 2001 National Championship, Catholic is 16-13 all-time in the Division III Tournament.
The Cardinals will open with Worcester State on Friday evening while Rowan and Carnegie Mellon will play on Friday afternoon in the DuFour Center.
