Rich Landis joined the Catholic women's soccer staff, as assistant coach, in 2026 after completing his role as Head Women’s Soccer Coach for the College of Southern Maryland. 

Landis came to Catholic after four seasons with the Hawks, where the program earned a No. 22 national ranking in NJCAA Division II. He finished his final season with an overall record of 13-4-1, finishing as runner up in the Region 20 Championship. During his time at CSM he guided 21 players to NJCAA All-Conference honors.

Landis began his college coaching career as a Volunteer Assistant Women’s Coach at Washington Adventist University from 2019 to 2021. During his 3 seasons, WAU made an appearance in the A.I.I. Conference Championship.

Landis attended the University of Virginia and completed a BA in Psychology before completing his Master’s of Social Work at Catholic University.
