Cullen Moore joined the Catholic University Administrative Staff on July 10, 2023, taking over as the Assistant Director for Facilities and Operations/External Rentals.
Moore comes to D.C. via Mount St. Mary's where he spent the last three seasons as an Assistant Baseball Coach. Moore served as both the Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator during his time at the Mount after joining the staff in 2021. Moore's other duties on staff included team academics, travel, scouting, and equipment inventory and organization. As the Recruiting Coordinator, Moore was tasked with organizing off-campus recruiting efforts, hosting on-campus visits, and evaluating prospective Division I student-athletes.
Before joining the Mount staff, Moore spent nearly three years at Marymount University, serving as a Graduate Assistant Baseball Coach before being promoted to Assistant Baseball Coach in 2020. His roles included Director of Pitching, Head Coach for the Developmental (JV) Team, and Recruiting Coordinator.
Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Randolph-Macon in 2018 where he was a member of the baseball team that placed third at the 2018 Division III College World Series. He served in a facilities and operations role as a student. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Marymount while serving as a Graduate Assistant.
