Cassidy enters her second season as an assistant coach at Catholic in 2023 working with the team's goalies.

Cassidy played women's lacrosse team at Division II Tampa fro 2014-16, appearing in 24 games with 20 starts in goal while totaling 151 saves and eight wins. As a freshman, she started all 16 games during the Spartans' inaugural 2014 season, recording a 7-9 record with 112 saves.

After three seasons, Cassidy served as the team's manager in 2017 before graduating with a bachelor of science degree in criminology and criminal justice.

Cassidy currently works as an associate at Third Street Partners in Washington, D.C.
