As a Freshman (2024-25): Placed 17th in the 1,500 at the Landmark Outdoor Championships with a PR run of 4:18.41...set a PR time in the 800 at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational with a time of 2:06.17...placed 19th in the 800 at the Landmark Indoor Championships with a time of 2:10.11...ran the mile in 4:56.11, a PR, at the Cardinal Track & Field Classic...ran the 1,000 in 2:50.48 at the TCNJ Indoor Opener.

Prior to Catholic: Ran varsity track at Mahopac...was also a member and team captain on the varsity soccer team...2x All-County selection...was the Vice President of his class.

Personal: Son of Norma and Jim Waring...has three siblings, Colin, Kira and Kensi...his brother, Colin plays men's soccer at SUNY Geneseo.
