As a Freshman (2024-25): Finished 15th in the 400 at the Landmark Outdoor Championships with a PR time of 51.39...ran a PR time of 23.50 in the 200 at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational...ran the 300 in the 37.58 at the TCNJ Indoor Opener.
Prior to Catholic: Member of the varsity track and field team at Bishop Ireton...4x All-American selection...state champion.
Personal: Son of Maureen and Christopher Owens...has three siblings, Amanda, Ryan and Trevor...his mother, Maureen ran track at Villanova...his father, Christopher was on the marathon team at West Point.
