As a Junior (2021-22): Won in both 400m dash and 4x400 relay in the Diplomat Open at Franklin & Marshall ... won the 4x200 relay and placed 2nd in the 200m dash at the Coach I Open ... won the 400m at the Alvernia Winter Invite ... placed 2nd in the 4x400 relay at the 2022 Landmark Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships ... earned a personal best of 22.75 in the 200m dash at the Towson Invitational 2022 ... won both 400m and 4x400 at the Gallaudet  University Invitational ... finished 2nd in the 400m dash at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational ... won in the three events of 400m dash, 4x100 relay, and 4x400 relay at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships 2022 ... placed 3rd in the 4x100 relay at the Swathmore FQ Meet 2022 at Widener University.

As a Sophomore (2020-21): Finished 3rd in both 400 and 4x400 at the 2021 Salisbury University Spring Meet ... won the 400m dash and placed 2nd in the 4x100 relay at the Etown Early Bird ... placed 2nd in the 4x400 and 3rd in the 400 at the 2021 Salisbury University Eastern Shore Challenge ... won in both 400m dash and 4x400 relay at the 2021 Goucher Classic ... won the 400m dash and placed 2nd in the 4x400 at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... won the 400m dash at the 2021 VCU Final Qualifier. 

As a Freshman (2019-20): Placed 2nd in both 400m dash and 4x400 relay at the Diplomat Open at Franklin & Marshall ... posted a personal best of 39.03 in the 300m dash and placed 4th in the 4x400 at the Maryland Terrapin Invitational ... won the 500m run at the 4th Annual Larry Sharpe Memorial T&F ... finished 2nd in both 4x200 and 4x400 at the Landmark Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships ... placed 4th in the 400 dash at the South Region Final Qualifier & Multi. 

Before Catholic: Ran track and field for Ramsey High School ... 400 m league champion ... first-team all-league ... team MVP.
