Biography
2017-18: Finished first in the distance medley relay (10:43.30), and third in the 4x200m relay (1:35.45) at Landmark Conference Indoor Championships... finished third in the 4x100 relay (44.13), third in the 4x400 relay (3:24.88), fifth in the 400m with a career-best 50.71, and seventh in the 200m (23.54) at the Landmark Outdoor Championships.
2016-17: Finished second in the 4x400m (3:25.10), seventh in the 400m (51.06) and 16th in the 800m (2:09.06) at Landmark Conference Outdoor Championships... set a career-best with a time of 2:01.24 in the 800m at the Gallaudet University Invitational... finished first in the distance medley relay (10:43.40), third in the 4x400m (3:32.74) and 12th in the 800m at Landmark Conference Indoor Championships.
2015-16: Finished second in the distance medley relay (10:40.01) and 17th in the 800 (2:11.46) at the Landmark Indoor Championships.
High School: 6 varsity letter winner ... four years cross country runner .... three years track and field runner.
Personal: Son of Diane Binck ... has four siblings: Dave, Matt, Joe (CUA '15), and Grace ... majoring in nursing.
