Career Statistics
As a Junior (2021-22): Finished 7th and posted a personal-best time of 4:38.35 in the mile at the Coach I Open ... ran a personal-best time of 2:04.32 in the 800-meter run at the Patriot Games ... finished 6th with a PR time of 9:05.61 in the 3000-meter run at the Susquehanna Invite.
As a Sophomore (2020-21): Posted a personal-best time of 4:12.93 in a 9th-place finish in the 1500-meter run at the 2021 Landmark Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... also finished 12th in the 800m at outdoor conference championships.
As a Freshman (2019-20): In his first collegiate indoor track meet, set a personal best in the 400-meter dash with a time of 56.73 at the Diplomat Open @ Franklin and Marshal while also finishing 4th in the 800m ... also posted a 7th-place finish in the 3000-meter run at the Maryland Terrapin Invitational.
Before Catholic: Team Captain 2018-2019, four-year varsity athlete, Team Hudson County Champions in 2015-19, first team All-County in cross country, second team in cross country and track, 2016 Individual Manhattan Invitational Champion, Team Manhattan Invitational Champions in 2017-19, qualified for nationals in the 4x8, Fifth Place at Millrose boys 4x8, 16:05 in the 5K, 1:58 in the 800, 4:27 in the 1600 at Saint Peter's Preparatory School ... honors student ... volunteered in the Arc of Essex County ... worked at Northeast Kingdom Running Camp ... group leader at Camp Hope ... participant in Youth Ministry at Saint Patrick’s Church.
