As a Freshman (2024-25): Finished 19th at the Landmark Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 with a time of 36:41.07...ran a personal best time of 35:51.29 in the 10,000 at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational...set a new PR in the 5,000 with a time of 16:24.45 at the Towson Invitational, placing fifth...finished 19th in the 5,000 at the Landmark Indoor Championships with a time of 16:55.58...set a PR in the 3,000 at the Blue & White Invite with a time of 9:50.88.

Prior to Catholic: Ran track at New Philadelphia...All-Academic East District selection...Dave Milburn award winner...Ray Kroc award winner...Science Leadership club member.

Personal: Son of Tammy and Joe Morris...has nine siblings, Ignatius, Irene, Perpetua, Veronica, Katherine, Theresa, Abraham, Helen and Joseph...his cousin, Simon Heys, runs cross country and track for Wilmington College.
