2018-19 (Junior): Ran a personal best of 1:57.30 in the 800m at the NYC Invitational ... placed third in the 4x400m at the Landmark Indoor Championships with a time of 3:35.38 ... placed second in the mile at the 2019 Collegeville Classic with a time of 4:29.21 ... earned All-Landmark Second Team honors.

2017-18 (Sophomore): Set a career-best (52.34) in the 400m at the Patriot Games to place eighth... set a career-best 2:35.34 in the 1000m to place second at the VMI Winter Relays... placed second (3:29.75) in the 4x400m, seventh in both the 400m and 800m at Landmark Conference Indoor Championships... ran a career-best 24.64 in the 200m to place 13th at the Gallaudet University Invitational... placed third (3:24.88) in the 4x400m relay, ninth with a career-best 4:04.99 in the 1500m, and 11th in the 800m at Landmark Conference Outdoor Championships.

2016-17 (Freshman): Placed first (10:43.30) in the distance medley relay, third (3:32.74) in the 4x400m relay, and 11th (2:07.63) in the 800m at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships... set a career-best in the 5000m of 16:52.29 at the UMW Opener... finished sixth in the 800m with a career-best 1:56.77 at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Championships... placed second in the 4x400m relay at conference outdoor championships.
