As a Freshman (2024-25): Set a PR in the 800 at the Oscar Moore Invitational with a time of 2:06.24...finished 12th in the 400 at the Landmark Indoor Championships with a time of 53.01.
Personal: Son of CJ & Leah Howard...has six siblings; Celia, Maddy, Suzy, Jerome, Dom, and Bibi...Dad, CJ, was a member of the track & field team at Notre Dame...Black Culture Club member.
