As a Freshman (2022-23)
- Swam a personal-best time of 2:12.45 in the 200 back at the Catholic v. Salisbury meet
- Swam a personal-best time of 2:15.45 in the 220-yard IM at the Yellow Jacket Invitational
Before Catholic: Earned the Richard Burns Award for athletic leadership...two-year varsity captain...named conference MVP...state qualifier...member of the honors program, National Honors Society...Special Academic Programs Scholar.
Personal: Son of Bob Ford and Lisa Grover...has two brothers, Brady and Danny...member of BME society, Best Buddies, the Hidden Opponent, American Conservation Society, YAF, and Cardinal Red Cross...worked as interned at Massachusetts General Hospital, activities coordinator at Stonebridge Nursing Home, and head coach at Burlington Swim and Tennis club.
