As a Sophomore (2025): Placed 25th with a personal-best time of 17:00.9 at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals on Aug. 29...recorded a personal-best time of 26:42.4 to place 30th at the Landmark Conference Championships on Nov. 1, securing the 17th spot in the program record books for top 8k performers...ran a 27:33.2 at the DIII South Region Championships on Nov. 15.

As a Freshman (2024): In his first collegiate meet, ran a 27:41.5 in the 4.9M to place 49th at the Cantello Invitational ... ran a personal-best time of 27:40.2 at the Interregional Border Battle ... placed 82nd in the 8k at the 2024 Landmark Conference Championships ... placed 96th in the 8k at the NCAA South Regional Championships.

Prior to Catholic: Ran track at New Philadelphia...All-Academic East District selection...Dave Milburn award winner...Ray Kroc award winner...Science Leadership club member.

Personal: Son of Tammy and Joe Morris...has nine siblings, Ignatius, Irene, Perpetua, Veronica, Katherine, Theresa, Abraham, Helen and Joseph...his cousin, Simon Heys, runs cross country and track for Wilmington College.
