JT Klopcic joined Catholic University as the program's Associate Head Coach of Cross Country and Assistant Track & Field Coach as of July 21, 2025.
Klopcic spent the last three seasons as the Associate Head Coach of Cross Country and Track & Field at nearby Goucher College. Klopcic also worked as an Assistant Track Coach with Under Armour over the past year. While at Goucher, Klopcic helped grow the numbers for both the men's and women's programs while coaching high-level athletes. Under his leadership, Goucher's Tanise Thornton-Fillyaw qualified for the NCAA Championships six times and earned four All-America nods. Both men's and women's teams achieved their highest conference meet point totals during Klopcic's tenure.
Prior stops for Klopcic include a year as the Assistant Athletic Director for Academics and Student-Athlete Development at Bradley, a year as an Assistant Track & Field Coach at Valparaiso, a year at Goucher as an Assistant Coach, and 1.5 years as an Assistant Track & Field Coach at Notre Dame Prep in Towson, Md.
