As a Senior (2025): One of five Cardinals to start in all 21 matches...totaled 1408 minutes...led the team and conference in goals, scoring 10, including four game-winners...notched one assist...led the squad and the Landmark with 21 points...tallied 85 shots including 47 on target...scored a season-high two goals, including a game-winner in a 4-0 victory over N.C. Wesleyan on Sept. 24...picked up a game-winner in a 3-1 win at Goucher on Oct. 7...netted the game-winning goal to defeat Susquehanna 1-0 on Oct. 21...scored the game-winning goal in the NCAA First Round game against Amherst to earn the 1-0 victory and advance the Cardinals to the Second Round...played a season-high 90 minutes versus Amherst on Nov. 15...provided an assist and scored a goal against Drew on Oct. 18...had a shot on goal percentage of .553...went 2-2 in penalty kicks.

As a Junior (2024): Appeared and started in all 21 matches, one of two players to do so...logged 1,283 minutes played...led the team with 15 goals...provided two assists...led the team with 32 points...held a shot on goal percentage of .545...scored three GW goals...scored his first goal at Catholic against #3 Washington & Lee in a 2-1 win on Sept. 1...scored against #13 Cortland on Sept. 6...finished off the tying goal in a 1-1 draw on Sept. 28 at Moravian...scored a hat-trick for the first time in his career at Susquehanna on Oct. 9...knocked in the GW goal in a 1-0 victory over Drew on Oct. 12...scored the GW goal on Oct. 19 in a 2-0 win over Lycoming...recorded two goals in 56 minutes played versus Wilkes on Oct. 26...scored two goals and provided his first assist of the season in a draw against Washington College on Oct. 29...assisted a goal in the Landmark Conference semi-final win over Elizabethtown on Nov. 7...scored the tying goal in a 2-1 victory over top-seeded Juniata in the Landmark Conference Championship on Nov. 9.

Personal: Son of Samira and Ted Woodings...has three siblings, Miles, Quinn and Faris...his brother, Faris plays men's lacrosse at Lebanon Valley College...his father, Ted played soccer at both Guilford and UNC Greensboro.
