TOWSON, Md. - The Catholic women's swimming and diving team had 12 athletes earn All-Conference honors at the Landmark Conference Championships this past weekend. Anna Dymek and Bella Mugno both received individual honors, Dymek earning Rookie of the Year while Mugno picked up Swimmer of the Year for her third straight season.

Mugno once again headlined the All-Conference recipients for the Cardinals with her third consecutive Swimmer of the Year honor. This is the sixth time a Cardinal has received this honor since joining the Landmark in 2007. Mugno picked up six gold medals over the weekend, winning three individual events and three relays. Mugno was part of the 200 Medley Relay team, alongside Tara Wiarda, Dymek, and Emily Blaskovich, who went on to set the meet and conference record with a time of 1:45.71.

Wiarda also received three individual All-Conference First Team honors after another impressive championship weekend. Wiarda broke the meet record in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 57.50, breaking the previous record that was held by Catholic's Caroline Beal since 2020. She also picked up gold medals in the 200 Backstroke and the 200 Individual Medley.

After earning four gold medals and one silver, Dymek was named Landmark Rookie of the Year at the post-meet awards. Dymek becomes the sixth Cardinal to receive this honor, joining teammate Wiarda who earned the honor in 2024.

Delainey Brandt received three honors while Emily Albans, Grace Kelly and Maura Sadowski each had two for their podium finishes at the meet.

The Cardinals took the First Team spot in five relay events over the weekend, giving Kelly, Albans, Keriann Collison, Blaskovich, Wiarda, Mugno, Dymek, Molly Foltz, Katie Nalepka, and Sadowski a spot on the honorees list.
