CHESTER, Pa. – The Catholic men's track and field team traveled over to Widener University to compete in the first day of the Widener Indoor Classic. The Cardinals opened the meet with two throwing events.
Sophomore
James Varellas threw his season best in the shot put with a distance of 11.94 meters.Â
Mark Enamorado also earned a season best today. The sophomore threw a distance of 12.01 meters in the weight throw.Â
The Cardinals will return to Chester, Pennsylvania tomorrow to compete in the second day of the Widener Indoor Classic. The meet is set to begin at 1:30 p.m. at The Ott Center.Â
