Earwood, Romo Pairing Leads Catholic's All-Conference Honors

TOWSON, Md. - Catholic men's tennis earned four all-conference honors across four players it was announced by the Landmark Conference today. James Earwood and Lorenzo Neri each earned all-conference honors in singles and doubles.

Earwood and doubles partner Diego Romo were named All-Landmark Conference First Team doubles while Earwood garnered second team all-conference honors in singles play. Neri and Paulo Emanuelli grabbed All-Landmark Second Team Doubles honors while Neri was named to the second team for singles. 

Earwood is now a three-time all-conference honoree in singles play and two-time all-conference honoree in doubles play. This is his third overall first team all-conference selection and second second team selection. Earwood and Romo played to a record of 11-4 at No. 1 doubles in 2024-25 while Earwood also logged eight victories in singles play at No. 1 and No. 2. 

Neri and Emanuelli logged a record of 9-6 in doubles play this season, going 9-5 at No. 2 doubles. Neri also recorded 10 victories in singles play, going 10-7 across No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 singles play. 

Earwood and Romo are the first two-time All-Landmark Doubles pairing in program history. Earwood joins Jan Lasota, Juan Lorida, Brian Bradley, and Cassian Utrie as multiple-time all-conference singles selections in the Landmark.
