Timothy Doheny shot a 76 (+4) at Sinking Valley Country Club to lead Catholic to a fourth place finish on Friday afternoon. The par-72 course played 6.851 yards.
The Cardinals "A" squad shot a team score of 312, finishing in a tie for fourth with Saint Francis, 13 shots back of Mount Aloysius and Juniata and three shots back of Pitt Greensburg.
Timothy Cleary and
Jack Davenport both carded 78's (+6) for the Cardinals while senior
Darren Horton shot 80 (+8) while
Joe Earley shot 81 (+9).
The full Catholic squad competed with the "B" group finishing just four shots back of "A" with a 316.
Mario Ventresca was the top scorer on the day for Catholic, shooting a 73.
Matthew Dietl and
Jeremiah Brown each shot 80.
