KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Catholic men's soccer's
Holden Woodings was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-America First Team, it was announced today. The senior forward became the second two-time All-American in program history after he was named to the Fourth Team during his 2024 campaign.
Woodings had another stellar year for the Cardinals, once again leading the squad and the Landmark Conference with 10 goals, including four game-winners. He also topped the conference with 21 points and 85 shots. For the second straight season, Woodings was named the Landmark Offensive Player of the Year and earned a repeat selection to the All-Landmark First Team.
In addition to his national honor, Woodings also earned a spot on the USC All-Region V First Team for his second consecutive year.
The Bethesda, Md. native became the fifth First-Team selection in DIII program history and the first First Team selection since Ben Alexander received the honor in 2019. Woodings becomes the second two-time All-American in program history, joining
Steve Varsa, who earned the distinction in 1965 and 1966.
Woodings is one of 52 student-athletes nationwide to earn 2025 USC Men's All-America recognition.
