ASHLAND, Va. - The Catholic men's swimming and diving team wrapped up day two of the Yellow Jacket Invitational in strong form, sitting third overall with 500.5 points, trailing Salisbury and Washington and Lee.
The Cardinals kicked off the day with a milestone performance in the 200 Medley Relay.
Teddy Tsakumis,
Sean Kelty,
Vincent Wills, and
Colin Raue took fourth place in the event, clocking a time of 1:32.93 and matching the program record.
Kelty continued to deliver standout performances on day two, taking home the gold in the 400 Individual Medley, recording a time of 4:01.55.
Tsakumis kept the momentum rolling for the Cardinals, taking first in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 50.09. He broke the school record in this event with his preliminary time earlier in the day.

Shawn Mashburn, and
Daniel Green notched another great showing for Catholic in the 800 Freestyle Relay, placing fourth with a time of 7:04.05.
The Cardinals will return to the pool on Sunday, Nov. 23 for the final day at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.
