BU DAVID HEMERY VALENTINE INVITATIONAL
- Kendrick DuPree ran a personal best time of 1:56.33 in the 800 on Saturday afternoon, shaving nearly three full seconds off his previous top time. DuPree moves to fifth on the Catholic Performance List with his effort.
- Jevontae Fearwell was the first competitor on Saturday for the Cardinals, clocking a time of 7.01 seconds in the 60-meter dash. Fearwell finished 17th in the Invitational Preliminaries. He also competed in the 200, breaking 22 seconds for the second time this season. Fearwell placed 23rd with a time of 21.97, just off from his program record time of 21.96.
- Jordyn Walker placed fifth in the triple jump with a 13.69 meter leap, his second-best mark of the indoor season. He also finished 11th in the long jump, recording a mark of 6.50 meters.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES - BLUE & WHITE INVITE
- Sam Compton sprinted to victory in the 60-meter dash, crossing the line in 7.00, just shy of his PR time of 6.94. Sebastian Lopez placed third, clocking in at 7.11. Compton also finished eighth in the 200 with a time of 23.73.
- Chilowe Osai placed second in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.70. Osai's time is .10 shy of his top mark in program history. Gabe Stypul ran to a sixth-place finish in the event with a time of 9.13 seconds. Osai also finished 13th in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.35.
- Joe Wolfe placed 10th in the 5,000 at the Blue & White Invitational, crossing the finish line in 16:16.91.
- Aidan Lang set a new personal best in the shot put with a 12.38 meter throw, surpassing his previous mark of 12.26 meters. He remains in ninth on the all-time Catholic infoor performance list.
- Conor Gross finished third in the mile with a time of 4:30.30, just three seconds shy of second place. Gross was just over two seconds shy of his season-best time of 4:28.59.
