GLASSBORO, N.J. — The Catholic women's cross country team competed at the Border Battle hosted by Rowan on Saturday.
Kate Inglis stole the show for the Cards as the team placed in 8th out of 31 teams in the afternoon.
Inglis ran a time of 21:51.1, which is a program record time in the 6K and ranks seventh all-time in Landmark history. She ranked ninth out of the entire field in her run to lead all Catholic runners in the race. She surpassed her previous record time of 22:06.1 last season.
Emily Moehringer also finished in the top 40 in the field with a time of 22:59.9. This was also a personal best for her and she finished second out of the field for the Cardinals.
Georgia Nussey,
Sophia McNavich and
Laurel McMahon also all finished in the top 100 running times of 23:30.7, 24:06.6 and 24:09.2 respectively.
The Cardinals will next compete in the Landmark Conference Championships hosted by Elizabethtown on November 2 starting at 11 am.
