    TOWSON, Md. - Freshman Angela Castano and sophomore Caroline Beal of the Catholic University women's swimming & diving team were honored as All-Landmark Conference swimmers by the league office Tuesday afternoon. Both earned second team all-conference accolades while Castano earned one of the four major awards, Rookie of the Year.  
  • Cool Schools Polar Plunge Raises $33,000 for Special Olympics

    WASHINGTON, D.C. – Catholic University head football coach Mike Gutelius was among 120 people, mostly Catholic student-athletes, who participated in the Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics DC. This year's plunge drew 300 pledges and raised $33,464.
  • Cardinals Rally For Second Place at Landmark Championships

    BOYDS, Md. - The Catholic University women's swimming & diving team rallied to take second place in the 2019 Landmark Conference Championships, finishing with 662 points during the weekend at the Germantown Indoor Swim Center. The Cardinals beat the University of Scranton by one point (661) and finished behind the league champions, Susquehanna University,  who finished with 779 points.

    WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Catholic University women's swimming & diving team earned a tough meet victory over Randolph-Macon Saturday at the DuFour Center Pool. After narrowly losing to the Yellow-Jackets this season in an invitational meet, the Cardinals came out on top with a 144-118 win in their final home meet of the season.

    RICHMOND, Va. - With 1561 points, the Catholic University women's swim team finished second place out of eight competing teams in the 2018 Randolph-Macon College Yellow Jacket Invitational after two days of swimming at the Collegiate School Aquatic Center. The men's team earned 1582 points for second place as the Cardinals collected 3143 points to claim the highest combined score of the meet.
