Rollo enters her second year as an assistant coach for the Catholic men’s and women’s swimming & diving programs. She will assist head coach Paul Waas as she pursues a master's of science in management degree.
During her first season at Catholic, she helped coach the men's team to their third conference championship and the male swimmer of the year. She also helped coach the women to a second place finish at the conference championship and the women's rookie of the year. The Cardinals broke six school records in the 2018-19 season.
Prior to her start at Catholic, she was the assistant coach for the Washington College men’s and women’s swim teams. She assisted the head coach in everyday responsibilities for the program. Rollo helped lead the men to a top-3 finish at the Centennial Conference championships and had two conference champions on the men’s and women’s teams.
Rollo graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2017 as a four-year varsity member of the Women’s Swim Team and an economics major. While at W&L, she was a 7-time All-American and 3-time Division III NCAA Qualifier. She competed in the 100 and 200-yard Backstroke events as well as the 200-yard Individual Medley. Her best individual place at NCAA’s was 5th in the 200-yard Backstroke and her best relay place was 4th in the 400-yard Medley. Rollo holds the W&L school record in five events and the ODAC conference record in five events. She served as captain during her senior campaign.
Rollo was an assistant coach for the Longhorns Swim Camp at the University of Texas-Austin over the summers. From Haddonfield, N.J., Rollo graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High School in 2013.
